Terms & Conditions for Classified Advertising on MyMiniatures.com
MyMiniatures is merely the link and listing service, for a
buyer or seller and is not responsible for problems during the sale of any
merchandise. Any problems arising during the sale of items or information, will
be dealt with through the buyer and seller. Through endorsements of rating
systems, we hope to be able to identify reputable sellers and buyers.
MyMiniatures reserves the right to refuse to run an ad if it
is thought of to be controversial. Ads must be inline with the My Miniatures theme,
items for sale must be miniature in nature. This website and it's services are
designed to be safe for families, children and sensitive audiences. Misuse of
any services will not be tolerated. No nude or adult photos will be accepted here. This includes nudes of
miniature dolls. Photo swapping after the listing also will result in immediate cancellation.
Persons wishing to buy or sell goods need to be of legal age
(18 years) to make such transactions. If minors wish to make purchases or sell
goods, they must have a person over the age of 18 make the arrangements on
their behalf.
MyMiniatures will not be responsible for any misspelling
given in the submission of an advertisement and will not make refunds in such a
case. Corrections will be dealt with on a case by case basis, and may incur
additional fees or that the ad may even be removed until payment for such
correction is made. Corrections or additional advertising run time may be given
to an ad that has been wrongfully entered by MyMiniatures.
All ads require payment in full before they run. Payments will be accepted only
through PayPal at this time.
All ads are approved by MyMiniatures and submission of
payment or order form does not guarantee a listing. If a listing is not
appropriate, all payments will be returned to the advertiser and the
ad will be denied space on MyMiniatures.com.
